1996 Island Packet 29 Cutter Sailboat IMMACULATE- Get on and go...Currently being sailed and used weekly. 
Just had bottom paint, prop balance, new anodes. Teak rails painted. Chain plate covers and other fittings been re-bedded. 
This is Beautiful example of typical well built and well maintained ISLAND PACKET sailboat. To port is the spacious head with vanity, sink, large, self-composting toilet, fully enclosed shower, folding bench seat, opening hatch and port. The main salon follows with port and starboard opposing settees, one converts to double berth and the other can be utilized as single berth. There is bulkhead-mounted fold-away table, teak cabinets and bookshelves and large storage areas under each settee.  The massive comfortable aft quarter berth can easily sleep two, with teak shelf outboard, storage under and overhead port light. The fold-down navigation table is neatly tucked away forward of the aft quarter berth.  The classic teak and holly cabin sole and fine teak joinery along with plenty of light and ventilation provided by several stainless steel opening hatches and ports makes the interior feel warm and inviting. The U-shaped galley is well equipped with large refrigerator, tons of storage, LPG range and deep sink with hot and cold water.
