This is super clean and well maintained 1997 Monterey 270 expresscruiser with only 263 hours on the boat. It’s loaded with nice options such aswindlass anchor, complete canvas including camper top, bimini, boot, andmooring cover, and original manuals. Everything listed on this boat has beentested and is in good working order. PowerShe’s powered by 7.4 Liter Mercruiser backed by very rugged bravothree out drive. Each outdrive has two counter rotating stainless steelpropellers providing maximum traction in the water while eliminating steeringtorque at the helm. The engine and outdrive have been recently serviced andtested and are in good running order. It is also equipped with dual batteries with switch, battery charger,and fire suppression. Deck         The deck area and upholstery are invery nice condition. The seats are all original with the Monterey embroideredlogo and have good color with nice tight seams. The deck carpeting is removableand is in excellent condition. The bimini top, boot, and camper top canvas areall in like new condition. One zipper on the bimini top needs to be replaced. Themooring cover is also in really nice shape. At the helm are tilt steering,controls for the remote search light, and windlass power anchor. Aft is foldaway bench seat, deck sink with pressure fresh water, transom shower, andstainless steel telescoping swim ladder.Cabin         The cabin is also in excellentcondition. All of the upholstery is clean and in nice shape. It will sleep fouradults with two in the convertible v-berth and two in the aft cabin. There is ascreened bow hatch as well as screened sliding window in the aft cabin. Allof the cabin lighting is in good working order. The Galley consists of Coriancounter top, stainless steel sink with pressure fresh water, stove,refrigerator, and mounting positions with power for both microwave and coffeemaker. The head has head unit, sink with pressure fresh water, shower, and amacerator pump for offshore waste evacuation. HullThis beautiful white and navy blue hull has never been bottom paintedand is in very nice condition with nice, clean luster.
