This vessel was stored and used since purchased in 2005 in fresh water on Lake Conroe.  It has been run several times locally on Clear Lake over this past winter in brackish water conditions.

Trailer is included in sale.  The trailer is in excellent condition, but is painted, not galvanized, so not ideal for salt water use.  One tire was replaced in the past month due to nail in the sidewall.  The other three tires appear usable but are of unknown age possibly original to the trailer.  If you are planning on an extended haul, would recommend new tires.
If the boat goes into salt or brackish water, it will need new anti-fouling bottom paint applied.
Only cosmetic issue is the wood in some places needs to be refinished.  This is the only item separating it from new boat.
