1988 (Commissioned 1989) DRACO STERLING EXECUTIVE Re-advertising due to disingenuous bidders. Please only bid if you fully intend to buy.Selling as an auction to enable quick sale. The boat hasn't been used since early 2019 as I have moved away from the area and not able to get the time to visit and use the boat.I sailed the vessel from Southampton to Chichester in 2018 and then used it for pleasure trips with family around the Chichester area. The engines were turned over earlier this year and both have really good compression. Obviously with the current situation restricting movements the handover will have to wait until we are all able travel. What could be better to look forward to than owning boat after this is all over! Following feedback from prospective bidders, 25% deposit is required upon completion of this auction to secure the vessel and for it to be taken off the market. The balance is to be paid upon collection at date to be agreed. a copy of the 'Bill of Sale' can be provided to prove my ownership prior to payment when new bill of sale will be issued on collection/ balance paid in full. The survey I had in may 2018 valued the vessel at £20-25k. while I don't expect to reach that value in an eBay auction, please be sensible if making direct offer. (sorry don't have more recent ones)The current condition is much the same now but it will need valeting and the hull cleaning to bring to good standard. The marina provide cleaning and valeting services at good prices.note the vessel needs prep before taking to sea since it was last used year ago. This is normal practice for any vessel and don't anticipate any unusual costs. This is reflected in the price and the fact that am using the eBay auction to sell. If were able to prep her for sea trials etc, I'd be advertising her for closer to the £20-25k price mark. please keep this in mind when bidding. Marina fees are fully paid until the end of May 2020. Attention prospective bidders!!!bidding in this auction is commitment to buy, it is NOT an expression of interest or to confirm viewing. Bidding means you are committing to buy the vessel. make this statement due to the vessel needing to be re-advertised after winning bidders were not prepared or able to pay or failed to agree appropriate arrangement before the auction ended. am rally sorry this disrupted the last auction for those seriously bidding to buy last time around.
