Jeanneau 52.2 Sun Odyssey Sailboat in St. Maarten.  Any inquiries regarding the boat's location will be ignored. It is in St. Maarten.
The mast was damaged during the Hurricane.  Hull and structure are in very good condition.Well kept and cared for, cabin head layout, with the current owner's having converted the fore cabin to huge single owner's berth.Easy to handle.

New bimini in 2016 and SD200 automatic fire extinguishing system for the engine compartment.Could use some new interior cushions and some minor varnish work to freshen her up, but she is solid and great sailing yacht with huge interior volume.
The boat is currently in St. Maarten.  The mast was broken during the Hurricane.  No deck/boat damage.
The cost to replace the mast is ~$35 000.00.The engine works very well and can motor the boat to wherever you want.

There is spare roller fairlead on the port side. Below deck.The companionway is on the center line and as you descend, navigation station is to starboard. The electrical panels and VHF radios are on the ship's side.To port is large “L” shaped settee with rectangular table. There also full length hanging locker.The opposite is the well equipped “U” shaped galley with propane burner stove with oven, twin sink, and ample storage lockers. There are refrigerators.
The forward cabin has huge King sized centerline bed. It can be divided into two cabins with movable center line and bulkheadThere are heads on either side with sinks, showers, and toilets. There are hanging lockers and cupboards for storage.There is large opening skylight overhead in both cabins and in the heads.
At the aft end there are double berth cabins each with their own fully equipped head. These cabins have opening skylights and opening side windows.  The port aft head has “Y” valve and holding tank. The forward crew cabin is used for storage.
