Selling my pride and joy due to relocation. Seafarer 21 with wheelhouse that has been converted into sealed deck boat with fore and aft scuppers. 
Fully refurbished within the last 18 months including replacement Beta 30hp engine and gearbox, brand new hydraulic steering, prop/coupling, batteries, wiring loom, control cables, bilge pumps, heat exchanger, batteries, and anti-foul. Absolutely everything has been replaced or serviced. Includes 2014 6hp Tohatsu Fourstroke auxiliary engine that has only been run about times!
Only had about hours use since launching this season. Comes with all the accessories (boat hook, ropes, fenders, chart plotter, fish finder etc.) so genuinely ready to step aboard and go. Sea trial readily available for serious buyers with deposit.
Huge history file which has way too much to write about here but all work documented and photographed including full survey in 2014. Comes with river mooring in Dartmouth by the higher ferry until the end of March, and could stay there if the new buyer would like.
