Classic looks and old but good quality Hull. Still good functional design today with classic deep v, with some advanced features for the day. Geared up for the outside predominantly but has twin berth cab. Great boat, great Norwegian designers and build.
She looks like she might have been on the lakes of Europe and loved for much of her life. Few giveaways like flags and bits on board, all original features and some spend, not bashed about......etc. Yes am talking about the boat. Also leg etc pretty clear of corrosion and determination for year suggesting fresh water and perhaps time out of water. As you can tell, there little history known to me. bought her from boatyard who said she had been owned by dentist who loved these and was rebuilding the engine in this one. Sad bit as detailed in condition bit above is she was left for ages, the cover split and she filled up pretty high with fresh water. Cab was half full and engine 2/3 submerged. It certainly is unlikely to have done the engine any favours, some boards are rotted out and cushions which looked original in cab were rotted out. kept foam for poss templates or reuse. Foam is bit powdery though. Good new is though is she is pretty much complete and think most of her original features of interest can be saved. She would make great classic example and of value for use or resale. She is also good one for another life as something else like blue water fast fisher for example.
I was tempted to keep and do her but am pushed for spare time and it’s bit big for my needs so Plan is to move her on.
The trailer she is on is bit big for her and an expensive trailer, so it’s not included. However will be flexible on getting her where she’s wanted on the trailer and we could discuss selling the trailer separately.
