16ft Microplus Day boat with trailer and engine 
This is obviously project that needs work to finish off. Nothing major that can see but I'm no expert! Come and view it to be sure of whats involved. 
From what can see it needs painting, new hatch, new window (left side) the seating on the deck fixing down properly/repairing, the cushions recovering, mount for the controls making and you'll have lovely day boat! 
I simply don't have the time to sort it out. 
The trailer is ok but not great and will need tidying up (pics to follow and has no jockey wheel. I was going to replace it but didn't get around to it.
It has captains chair fitted which should clean up nicely. It comes with steering wheel and cables but no throttle/gear controls. The buyer will also need to sort out the connectors to the engine as don't have any. The engine is currently on its own tiller controls.
The engine is an ex-military (so I'm told but have no way to confirm this) 35hp Evinrude two stroke. It turns over well but have no means of running it at the moment as the lower leg is off. It was removed to fit new impeller by the previous owner and haven't had chance to sort it out. Hence the reason its up for sale. It will need the catch/lock on the top cover sorting as it doesn't currently work. See pics for more details.

Please note the engine is extremely heavy and will require two or more people to lift it into your vehicle. It is currently on stand in my garage. (stand not included)
