For Sale 1977 Chris Craft Express with Venture axle 8625 Lbs max load trailer $3,900.   Price for quick sale.  purchased this boat about three years ago. don’t have lot of history but was told by the owner that the boat had been passed down from grandparents to sibling.  At the time had lot more enthusiasm and grander vision than had skills and funds to bring the boat back to really nice family weekend cruiser.  was able to put the boat on the river for trial run for just over two hours and it ran well.  But upon returning to the dock the port transmission wouldn’t drive in reverse once it turned for minute.  hauled it out of the river to replace the transmission but later decided wasn’t going to restore the boat to the condition that needed.  Now hope to find someone that needs structurally sound Express Cruiser to restore.  The boat has strong running duel 181 Marine Power 140 H.P. engines.  don’t know the engines hours but both appears to have been overhauled sometime in the past.  The trailer has hydraulic brakes.  solid boat with lots of live remaining.
