With work this can be darn nice mini yacht. This boat has solid hull and decks. No leaks, clean overheads. Newer windless, anchor, and chain road lead. Wood trim needs lots of elbow attention. Cushions are firm and coverings are in great shape; they need wiping down. Throw rug needs replacing. Hull needs cleaning and polishing inside and out. Port carpet trim on the side of the forward cabin needs re-gluing. All overheads are painted and stain free. Interior wood panels and trim need the elbow and/or varnish. Head and shower are operational but require good scrub down. Both helms up and down are in working order. Bilge pumps working, The starboard engine {counter-rotating} is operating but winterized. Port has low compression.  The boat is locater in yacht club slip that is paid up until November 21, 2017, when it will have to be moved or taken out for dry storage for the winter. (The yacht club needs to have all boats moved out of the slips to ready the docks for the winter.) Winter dry storage is available at the Yacht club. Google "boat transport service" for land moving quotes to anywhere in the U.S. The boat was moved to Center Moriches on its bottom using the good starboard engine, and it was water towed from one marina to the yacht club after the starboard engine was winterized. Therefore the boat can be dry stored or moved around on both land and sea. Winning bidder will be responsible for moving the boat on November 21st or paying for the dry storage. The boat is in the Center Moriches area on Long Island, New York and can be seen by contacting the seller.  The seller has clear New York registration for the boat and will provide Bill of Sale.
