1987 Landau 30' Party Pontoon for sale

Perfect timing to jump on this Very RARE and cool 30 foot Landau Party time aluminum pontoon/houseboat and trailer package. Most "USED" party pontoon boats of this size, that are turn key and in very good condition start at around $15,000+
This party boat is 30' long and 10' wide... "NOT your typical 8' wide pontoon boat". There are also 18" wide "catwalks" on both sides, which make overall width 13' wide. Please view the picture with hand drawn floorplan for approximate dimensions.
Original Floor plan is mostly fallen apart or stripped out, originally had full kitchen, cabinets dinette and private head with shower. Freshwater holding tank, hot water heater, ac/dc inverter, ect... Some areas of the original flooring and roof have rotted out wood that will need replacement. The original helm was removed, so there are NO controls for the motor (steering, throttle,guages, ect).
Looking for that perfect platform and package to have lots of bonding with family and friends. Plenty of time to get this party boat ready for long days and weekends out on the lake. This party houseboat will provide years of family fishing, camping and skiing trips. Would be great project boat, for bonding times with father and son (or daughter) on custom rebuild. Design and build this boat to your desired specs and features. Excellent for long weekend or even week long beach camp outs.
Boat includes Vanson triple axle pontoon boat trailer and 225HP Johnson outboard motor (motor fires up, but all need work).1987 Landau 30' boat is currently registered in seller's name in the state of Arizona. Triple axle boat trailer did not have title when purchased boat package and will only have bill of sale for transfer. It is presumed that this trailer has not been on the road or registered in over 15 years.Seller just installed brand new 10 ply tires on triple axle trailer (2 remaining tires should be replaced prior to long transport).
Boat is currently stored in Page, AZ (near Lake Powell). Storage at current location can also be assumed for only $70 per month, until picked up. Up to 12 months storage per monthly agreement
