1996 SeaRay 450 sundancer in excellent condition. Northern boat so it was only used few short months out of the year for most of its life. 1400 hours on the 3116 Cat engines. Hours are changing as the boat is headed to Key West for the holidays. Always maintained with an open check book. This past year we added new refrigerator, new washer and dryer, new ice maker, all new seadeck flooring in the cockpit, and new bottom Paint Dec 2017.  Also, current owner is in the trucking industry and had extensive maintenance done on the engines and Gen. Heat exchangers cleaned, Port Turbo replaced, both intercoolers cleaned and all hoses and clamps on the engines were replaced. We travel to the keys in the boat frequently. So we want to make sure it was perfect. Boat comes with full camper top and the half cover for the back as well. All eisenglass was replaced in 2016. Gelcoat and bottom are way better than expected for boat this age. Boat spent the summer on Norris Lake in Tennessee, but we just took it to Pompano, Florida for the winter.
