We're selling our 2012 25-foot Avalon Paradise Elite triple pontoon boat with hopes to make room for our next boating adventure.    Powered by Honda 225, plenty of push to get you quickly down to Harrison or up the river.  2012 EZ Load trailer in my driveway, also available for inspection if desired.

This boat is barely used!  We bought it Hagadone Marina when the original owners traded it in after very little use and then we had it docked at the Coeur d'Alene boardwalk marina for the summers of 2015 and 2016 but have had in Hagadone's dry storage since.  We had it fully maintenanced and installed new batteries just before putting back in the water last week.  Running perfectly.
In terms of pricing, bought it for $55K.  can email the PDF of my sales receipt.My best NADA estimations calculated an average listing $39,635 and low listing of $34,910.
Currently in the water at Lake Coeur d'Alene and can be made available for test drives. I'm available to bring to show it all day tomorrow (Sunday 6/2/19) and then by arrangement through the rest of the week.  I'll bring it to the Coeur d'Alene 3rd Street public dock slips near The Buoy restaurant at the bottom of Tubbs Hill.
