bought new just haven't used it for years 2000  NOVA 16' heavy duty aluminum john boat, pop up Buddy blind with owners manual, Bear trailer with spare, has live well 18hp electric start Evinrude motor ,I had 10 pull start and friend had this 18 electric start and put it on, starts and runs great but not sure what the year. think its also 2000 model but can't find the title. Boat is model Nova  NVJR 16/48 and is well made and deep and safe.Has 5052 Marine Grade Aluminum and have the owners manual with specs 71" beam, 48' wide 21" deep so it will take deep water hunting or fishing. blind has new grass as shown and pops up in less than minute or you can take it all off for fishing.
