Fairline Phantom 32, like Sedan, not Mirage, not Princess, for sale

Thanks for looking at my Fairline Phantom 32.
I have owned her for about 12 years but have recently suffered brain tumour so am unable to use her as much as would wish.  We have spent our time renewing and replacing items on the boat.  She is now as you will find her.  Good but not perfect by any means.
She has two nice looking Volvo Penta AQ 130 Petrol engines that were refurbished along with two more engine blocks kept in my garage.  Both of those have been unused since the refurbishment.  The engine bay has heater, light and Diesel Generator to create mains power when none is available. This Generator was installed just before bought the boat, at cost of around £7,000 !!  There is also trickle charger for the batteries.  There are four big 110 amp leisure batteries, one for each engine and two domestic ones.  have looked after the engines with particular attention to the carbs, so the engines work faultlessly.
It is moored at Benson marina and is taken out of the water in Benson and winterised every year and has recent BSC.  There are new fire extinguishers throughout.  The hull is in great shape and gets anti-fouled every year.  The hull above the waterline is in particularly good shape with only few minor bumps.  The top sides are little less than perfect with signs of re-paint at some point.  This was going to be my next project.  The likely cost will be in the order of £1,500-£2,000 as far as I'm aware.  The interior was entirely refurbished when we bought the boat with new upholstery and the galley has new cooker, and microwave along with shore mains power throughout the boat. Hot water comes from Calorifier along with shore power emersion heater.  There are even car style cigarette lighter charger points in the fore peak.  Music is supplied by state of the art radio cassette player !!
There is an overall cover for the boat which was made for Princess 31 but fits very well and is made from heavy duty sail canvas (tall ships type).  The heads have shower and an electric WC with mascerator flushing into an ample holding tank in the bow of the boat.  This in turn then has further mascerator and discharge pipe +out through the hull (not usable on the river).  There is cover for the front cabin windows running around the outside of the boat.  In the front cabin there are two singles and double berth, then further double in the saloon which is big for boat of this size at 4ft inches.  This gives total of berths, without going up on the top deck where there are two further additional berths.  At the stern there are pair of substantial davits for dinghy.  There are stress cracks but we have dealt with that with extensive internal reinforcing so now purely aesthetic.  There is an inflatable Zodiac with Tohatsu 3.5hp engine and have new slats for the floor of the dinghy as the old ones had rotted.   The deck in the cockpit has been replaced with teak and holly type decking, along with all of the outside seating cushions both in the rear and on the top deck area too.  That was done this year.  There are loads of spares, in addition to the two spare engines.
The canopy was made by great chap on the coast some or so years ago.  Happy to supply his name for another one in few years time.  There is rear bathing platform with ladder down into the water.  There are trim tabs which we have never used and log impeller.  The instruments work ok although only really keep an eye on the revs and temperatures of each engine.
She just needs "finishing off" and new owner to love Phantom Lady the way we have.  We have had some very happy times on her over the past twelve years as our twins have grown from to 20 years old with some very happy holidays.  great family boat.  The kids go up front and we take the main saloon.
This is significantly bigger boat than its smaller sister the 29 ft Mirage (which we were originally looking at). However at the same price, this is fantastic value.
