This listing is for my Falcon 22SPC (Same hull as the Falcon 23SPC but without the moulded in swim platform). purchased this two years ago from an old couple who were giving up boating due to the wife's failing health. Unfortunately we didn't have much luck with it and to cut long story short the old petrol engine was beyond repair and has now been removed and recycled. The outdrive leg has been removed, stripped, cleaned and painted. Then reassembled with fresh oil, new anodes and decent prop. So to use the boat you'll either have to fit replacement inboard or fit an external bracket and an outboard. There's couple of bellhousings included if you decide to fit an inboard, one for cylinder Volvo's and Lancing marine adaptor that allows you to fit Ford transit diesels to Volvo outdrives.Anyhow,  have completely run out of enthusiasm and it's just sat there untouched, so it's time for her to go to new home.
The good points...
The interior cushions, head lining and trim are all in good condition, inside the cabin is dry.The boat looks modern, not dated and from what little experience we had seems to have very good sea keeping qualitiesShe has Depth gauge, Speed log, and fish finders fitted and workingPumped hot and cold water (Water heated by calorifier/heat exchanger) Sea toilet in it's own compartment with sink, water drain through the floor ready for shower to be fitted Deck shower on the swim platformGas cooker and sink with proper vented gas locker on the bow for the bottleFridge fitted under the helm seat although I've never tried to use it.Hydraulic trim tabs fitted that work remotely from the helmIt sleeps people! in the berth in the bow, in the mid sleeper under the deck floor and two if they are small) on the rear bench under the canvas
The not so good points...……It needs an engine! either an inboard or outboard The trailer is HUGE and rated at 2800kgs, The boat weighs 2200, the trailer weighs 500kgs but....the brakes are disconnected so it's really only yard trailer. The wheel bearings have been replaced at the start of last season but tow it at your own risk I'm not guaranteeing it will get you home.The canvas canopy is tired and will need replacing they are available online for £845 from Nauticover.She needs clean
This will be great boat again and will be bargain for someone. I've got the original owners paperwork and the new bellows for the outdrive leg.Any questions feel free to ask, you're more than welcome to come and view it The boat is in Par, Near Fowey Cornwall.
