OK so don't really know where to start!
The boat is in Gosport Marina on dry stack system, just ring them up and they will put her in the water and take her out once you have finished with her.she is 27ft water line length however she is 29ft over all, she is in good condition and should you wish to view her please give me ring and will meet you there as live in the west country. So on to her: The previous  owner bought her back in around 2006 from Plymouth, took her back to the Southampton where by he had an issue with the engine overheating, he then removed the engine and drive leg from the boat, as he was an ex Aston Martin race engineer he could see where additional power could be achieved, so he set to by using his knowledge and carrying out many upgrades to the engine camshaft re-profiling, balancing the whole engine Quadajet carb Dart heads with larger valves, whilst the engine was out he also put brand new transom shield and brand new bravo leg.whilst out on sea trails found that she was slow to start so have put new batteries, starter, fishfinder DSC VHF, there was leak on the water calorifirer so this was also fixed.
Internally she is good, and can sleep 6. in the bows, in the under cockpit and if you drop down the dining table,  she also has hot and cold showers, in the toilet area and on the stern, Ideal for when you come out of the water from water sking etc, she has all the curtains and over carpets for the cabin and the cockpit. the pictures show tonnou cover but she does also has full cockpit cover 
She has 240 volts, 110volts, 12volts full dashboard including fuel monitoring deck lights cool box seating for eight in the cockpit, bit of squeeze though if you ask me! she holds 100 gallons of Fuel, 40 gallons of water (estimated)  and 30 Gallons of grey water, fridge etc.
I could go on for ages but if your serous about purchase please give me ring  and will go through her with you. I'm just waiting for water pump rebuild kit for her as one of the seals have gone.
